Plan starts Sunday, January 2, 2022 and end July 1, 2022.
Goal: to increase wellness, break bad patterns of eating, establish new patterns of fitness and well being.
Food: only whole or minimally processed foods with no added (processed) sugars, colors, dairy, gluten or other non-nutritive sweeteners.
Exercise: minimum 180 minutes of exercise a week, which is 3 hours, or 30 minutes a day 6 days a week.
Self-care: prayer and Bible reading minimum 180 minutes a week or 30 minutes a day 6 days a week. Personal time minimum 180 minutes a week.
Weigh in, measure, and journey journal (blog) every 180 hours or once a week.
